The front camera on my Mi Mix 2s is still not being recognized. I already install the global beta and stable ROMs several times. With both TWRP and miflash tool.

It didn't work. I installed not only the latest stable rom, but some other older version and on none of them the camera worked again. Is there anything more I can try?

Try disabling all Mi account syncing. That worked for me.
