Update: Resolved the problem by re-flashing and format Miui EU via fastboot, after setup all the widgets work flawlessly. Guessed I messed up my first installation. Pardon for my mistakes.

Hye there. First time custom rom user here. Just flashed miui EU from global 14.0.3.0 last week. I noticed that the widgets such as "screen time" requires installation of settings app. Tried changing -1 screen to app vault but the problem still occurs. Restarted, cleared data of system launcher...
