Resolved Google wallet stopped working/Device doesn't meet security requirements

Technically yes, but you also should be able to see from the users point of view. Afterall your roms features do list this prominently: So that is one rom feature that is now no longer valid, sadly. Still I do understand this dilemma that we are all in.

Resolved Google wallet stopped working/Device doesn't meet security requirements

Don't worry, contact-less payments don't require a pin; as far as I know. Nothing to do with the phone anymore (just remember to disable NFC). Some other ideas for my use case - 1. Stay with xiaomi.eu roms by buying new xiaomi phone, a supported model with weekly beta updates 2. Leave -...

Resolved Google wallet stopped working/Device doesn't meet security requirements

Mine reason was for the dialer to record calls. For me maybe the easiest way is to stick my credit card behind the phone, thankfully I only use one card.

But rooting may affect apps like above poster mentioned. Have to consider many factors. Damn Google.

MIUI 14 MIUI 14 STABLE RELEASE

Thank you wow, much appreciated. I really need to wear my glasses. :emoji_sweat_smile: On a sidenote, for those curious about changelog, 'miuirom.org' has it but it seems like only mentions are those periodic security updates. I guess stable roms don't have feature updates.

MIUI 14 MIUI 14 STABLE RELEASE

Thanks again Igor. Apologies for the error, I mislook and I should have copied and pasted my correct Mi11Lite5G's xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11Lite5G_V14.0.9.0.TKICNXM_v14-13.zip So yes, I think looking at the sourceforge filename with V14.0.9.0. Mine should be based on the same China...

MIUI 14 MIUI 14 STABLE RELEASE

Thanks Igor, I'm more keen on understanding how to follow this stable roms releases thread and match it to which one it is based on. For example, my Mi 11 Lite 5G on sourceforge is "xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11Lite_V14.0.3.0.TKQMIXM_v14-13.zip dated Jun 2023" On...

MIUI 14 MIUI 14 STABLE RELEASE

Can anyone enlighten someone like me who was more familiar with weekly roms, on how this stable rom thread works? I see first post is Dec 2022. But in sourceforge there are stable roms from Jan 2023 to June 2023 for different models. So is this sort of like... roms are constantly updated but...

    MIUI 14 23.2.27/2.28/3.6

I asked the same question before but never got a response. I guess it must definitely be in Chinese which we can use googletranslate. Maybe this changelog is on some protected developer only forum? But it will be nice if devs here can include that here as well, sure they can see it when they...

    MIUI 14 23.2.21/23

Does Xiaomi keep a changelog for their China weekly that xiaomi.eu is based on? I tried google/bing 23.2.21 but cannot find one. Is there a Chinese website that covers their updates? I can use google translate.

    MIUI 14 23.2.21/23

Looking like I will be skipping this weekly after reading the complaints on themes and launcher issues. The previous weekly was so peaceful in comparison.

    MIUI 14 23.2.13

I noticed after doing each weekly updates, multiple apps that use biometric (fingerprint) will for some odd reason, detect my device has changed and resets itself and force me to relogin and re-enable biometric again. The only change is updating to weekly, so are these apps detecting some...

The 'Arrive in/Leave a location' from Battery-Add Task-Add Location display a map in Chinese, and the map is also blank except perhaps in China. The list of Cities appears to be cities in China too. Not usable elsewhere.
