I dropped twrp lately for orangefox. It works like a charm as well.

Clean install means wipe cache, dalvick and data (miui roms). Cache, dalvick, data and system for aosp. Format data is needes sometimes if your storage is encrypted in twrp.

That's why I'm using orangefox. Twrp is messed up lately.

Ahh sorry didn't noticed. Its not for cactus it's for sakura (redmi 6 pro) BTW. And looking at this site I don't think there will be miui 12 for your device.

Hi I'm on mi9se/grus. On latest and previous build I can't remove data monitor from quick settings. The switch in does nothing. Also the cleaner in security and recents window does not work. Someone faced similar problems?

I'm on mi 9 se and it doesn't have any notification diode. I'm not using screen always on feature as well. But maybe there's a possibility to in screen fingerprint scanner pulse when there's a notification? It would be a cool feature in my opinion. It could be pulsing with that fingerprint icon...

No. Upgrade in twrp locked BL for me twice. Once on redmi 5 when coming from android 7 to 8 and second time on redmi 6 pro when coming from 8 to 9 on xiaomi.eu. That's why I'm asking. Redmi 5 I've unlocked myself without problems but 6 had to be flashed with miflash in edl to get it working.
