No recent contacts in Contacts and Dialer

Hello everyone, I have same issue with MIUI 11.0.5 global at Mi 9. There is no recent contacts, nor call history is registered at all. I tried to write using feedback & support app integrated in phone but no reply. Does anyone has more information regarding this issue? Thanks in advance!
