I had the same issue on ISHTAR yesterday after updating to the latest rom. Wiping dalvik/art cache in TWRP solved the problem for me.

Before I do any update, I always clean up my phone; that will include clearing all recents, tidying cache, etc. and use some of the built-in functions, as below.
I never seem to get the problems that some people report.

I have no problems at all, yet. Just a dirty flash of xiaomi.eu_GARNET_OS2.0.7.0.VNRCNXM_15.zip via fastboot. It booted up and as expected no mobile connection due to modem problem. So I extracted the modem.img from that firmware OS2.0.9.0.VNRMIXM and flashed it from TWRP after inserting it to @gogocar62 's modem-updater-zip and everything is fine. Easy as always...
All applications work healthily. WhatsApp works, I use it and have no problems. There is no notification problem either.

I installed the latest update via Fastboot without any problems.
I wanted to update my TWRP too from v14 to v15 (coming from an older DEV Xiaomi.eu version) but my A14 TWRP cant read my internal storage so I am not able to install the A15 TWRP.
Any help for that?

Update/install TWRP via fastboot. https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/installing-a-custom-recovery.67841/post-680918
Or use OTG-USB if you want to do it via TWRP

As far as i can tell right now is not possible to decrypt data partition, so you can't access internal storage, use fastboot or an otg adapter.
With ISHTAR_OS2.0.109.0 downloader more than 700 times. Can anyone tell me a scren on time stat? Still battery drain as earlier? thank you!

You can decrypt data partition with it? In the Poco F6 with A15 is not possible.

Are you able to use ultra battery save mode on Ishtar last rom? Mine does not load properly

I don't feel any change in battery life after switching from OS1.0.20.0 to OS2.0.109.0 few days ago. After a full day of mixed use (movies, OSM navigation, lots of social media) I still have ~30% juice left.
Yes, but after turning it on is seems there is no way to turn it off (even if I change the battery profile manually it stays on "ultra saver" anyway until I reboot the phone). That would be the only bug I noticed.

It seems like Diting is still at 2.0.5.0 VLFCNXM.
I'm suffering with a considerable battery usage by Android System. My battery used to last a day and half, or two days and a couple of hours, now it barely lasts 6 hours.
This translates to a charge per two days more or less, to four charges per day. This will eat the battery cycles like mad and will force users to need to replace the battery.
Are there any known solutions? I've tried #2,309 to no avail, as about every other battery saving option was already enabled.

This sounds like the same "wrong modem" issue I had on my parent's Garnets.
If you have flashed the modem IMG after flashing the ROM, make sure it was the version from HyperOS 2.0.
I had the exact same problem and I later found out that I flashed HyperOS 1.0 modem...
Here you can find both versions.
Marble still, Sunlight mode, and double tap gestures don't work. (Maybe factory reset could help)
