    I don't see what the problem is. Settings -> Display & brightness -> enable "Advanced textures".

    No. We use the Chinese Themes app since forever. You can't replace it and the Global app is lacking about half the features.

    We don't have that on our builds. If you replaced MIUI Package installer, uninstall the update, otherwise clear app data for it.
